Gingerbread Blondies
Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) Melted
Butter
2 cups Dark
Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp
Gingerbread Spice (2tsp ginger, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1tsp cloves, 1 tsp all spice)
1 Tbsp
Vanilla
2 eggs
2 ½ cups all-purpose
flour
¼ tsp baking
soda
¼ tsp salt
Preheat oven
to 350.
Melted butter
and cool slightly, whisk together butter, dark brown sugar, eggs, gingerbread
spice and vanilla.
Stir in
flour, baking soda and salt.
Line 9 x 9 pan
with foil and grease, spread until even.
Bake at 350
for 30 to 35 minutes until the centre comes out clean.
