Disney Makeup Series - Snow White

Disney Makeup Series - Snow White

I love doing makeup series, I think they are so much fun, and way better than doing everyday makeup. Another series of do is the Teen Titan I did all 5 being Robin, Starfire, Raven, Beast Boy and Cyborg. This time I am doing an entire series for Disney. Disney is one of my favourite things in the entire world because I grew up watching everything Disney related, and I always look forward to when a new Disney movie is coming out, whether is Pixar or Disney Animation Studios, I'm always so excited about it. So to start of this Disney Series I will be doing all of the princess movies first and that's including the princess herself, the prince and the villain. And who better to start of with, the original Disney princess Snow White. I have already done her, The Prince and the Evil Queen. I will be doing the looks in order by movie just so that it's easier for me.

Sleek Makeup: Nautical Collection Swatches and First Impressions

Sleek Makeup: Nautical Collection

Swatches and First Impressions

I literally got this in the mail today.

Let's start of the the Blush By 3 Palette, this is a trio of blushes 2 are matte one is shimmery. They are all in the coral tone family, and it comes in a small compact with a very nice mirror.

The first swatch is of Calypso Island - Shimmer
Calypso Island is on the berry end of coral if that makes any sense, it has some shimmer in it that I think will just give a nice glow to the skin

Next we have Phoenix Sand - Matte

Phoenix Island is a light peachy highlight, it's matte, and I think this would look amazing on darker skin tones

Last blush we have is Coral Dune - Matte

Coral Dune is a very bright punchy coral, just from the swatch this would be an amazing summer blush, I think you would have to use a very light hand with this and build up the colour.

Moving on to the lipstick now and this is Reddy to Sail - Semi Matte

Reddy to Sail is an orangey red that is very warm toned, you can sheer out this colour, or you can build it up until it opaque.

Lastly we have what I think is the most exciting part and that is the i-Divine Palette in Calm Before The Storm. I swatched these without any primer these are straight from the palette onto my arm

I swatched these going along the top first and then the bottom row

First shadow we have is Starboard - Shimmer

Starboard is a very shimmery cream colour, this would make an excellent inner corner highlight

Next we have Voyage - Shimmer

Voyage is a warm toned shimmery brown transition colour.

Next we have Pacific - Matte

Pacific is a deep ocean blue, it is matte, I think this would be a good colour to use in the crease.

Next we have Caesium - Shimmer

Caesium is a shimmery light sky blue colour.

Next we have Amphitrite - Satin

Amphitrite is a satin true blue colour.

Last in this row we have Sovereign - Satin

Sovereign is a satin deep blue.

Moving on the next row we have Ahoy! - Shimmer

Ahoy! is a shimmery creamy beige colour.

Next we have Barque - Matte

Barque is a matte cool toned light brown, this would be a great light transition shade

Next we have Adrift - Matte

Adrift is cool toned brown, its a little deeper than Barque but still a good transition colour.

Next up we have Seaweed - Satin

Seaweed is a satin seafoam green colour.

Next up we have Navy Shower - Shimmer

Navy Shower is a shimmery gray blue colour.

And lastly we have Lagoon - Matte

Lagoon is a deal matte teal (love this shade)

So that's it, I have to say for my first ever order from Sleek Makeup I'm very impressed. I have never ordered anything from them before and I am very happy I did order it. On the Sleek website you can buy all of these products individually or you can buy the collection together (which is around the same price if you buy them all separately).

i-Divine Palette in Calm Before The Storm - $11.99

Blush By 3 Palette in Santa Marina - $14.99

True Color Lipstick in Reddy To Sail - $7.49

Buying all of them separate is $34.47

Buying the collection is $29.99 + shipping for me was $3 and the exchange rate brought it up to $40 i think?

I would recommend buying the collection together especially if you have never tried the brand before you can try out 3 different products for a really good price.

XOXO
Jacky
